A User who has lawfully obtained the right to use the Application under this Agreement is granted the right to use the Application in all countries worldwide, subject to restrictions imposed by law. The limitation of the Distribution Territory applies exclusively to the Licensor’s distribution activities and does not restrict the territory in which the User may use the Application.

2.10. Expiration of the Main License Agreement does not, in itself, terminate Users’ rights under Subscriptions purchased before its expiration date. The rights to use the Application and purchased Additional Functionality under such Subscriptions remain in effect throughout the paid periods, including subsequent automatic renewal periods, to the extent and on the terms provided for in the Main License Agreement.

If such rights are modified or terminated, the Licensor shall take the measures necessary to fulfill its obligations to Users and respect their legal rights in relation to purchased functionality.

5.3. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, a Subscription renews automatically, with recurring charges. The User may disable renewal through the subscription management settings of the relevant App Store. Deleting the Application or Account, signing out of the Account, or discontinuing use of the Application does not, in itself, cancel the Subscription.

5.5. Changes to the price of subsequent Subscription Periods shall be made in accordance with the rules of the relevant App Store and applicable law, including any required notifications and the User’s consent where required. New prices and promotions do not affect the price of an already paid period or restrict the User’s mandatory statutory rights.

11.4. Discontinuing use of the Application does not automatically cancel a Subscription.

11.5. The Licensor may terminate the rights to use the Application if the User materially breaches this Agreement.

11.6. If the Licensor’s rights necessary to continue providing access to the Application terminate, the Licensor shall take the measures necessary to fulfill its obligations to Users in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law.

11.7. The Licensor shall provide Additional Functionality under the Subscriptions referred to in Clause 2.10 of this Agreement throughout each paid period. If the User disables automatic renewal, access shall remain available until the end of the current paid period.
